Out Of This World Basic Start Stop Circuit

The supply that the contactor is switching grey cables fig1 will therefore be switched off. Pressing the jog button creates a current path directly to the load bypassing the seal in of the control circuit. The circuit will operate as a normal three wire circuit if the start stop pushbuttons are used.
While this may be perfectly acceptable for low power applications it is not recommended for high power. The inputs to this circuit are the start and stop conditions. Physical switches wired to outputs devices such as motor contactor and relays when the start pushbutton no is pressed the power is passed through the stop pushbutton nc to the control relay cr.
I m trying to figure out a soft start stop circuit for a low signal 5v relay controlled by a 5v output mcu. Depressing the stop button breaks the circuit by opening the start contacts. However the potential danger can exist because the jog button can potentially become the active seal in causing the load to stay on without the assistance of someone pressing the pushbutton.
The limitation to the first circuit is that the load current flows through the control pushbuttons. L m e 1 the start button mechanically maintains the contacts that take the place of hold in contacts. In this example a second stop push button is to be added to the existing start stop control circuit shown in figure 28 1.
The power source may be either ac or dc and may be at any voltage from 6 to 240v. When the normally open no run pushbutton is pressed k1 picks up shorts or seals the run contacts and powers the load when the run pushbutton is. The second push button will be added to the control.
